Oh , good one.
I agree, just because the headline says they’re already dead doesn’t mean the article body can’t describe the headline in detail.
By this standard, how can you add up the Bible in chronological order, when no dates, no times, were address on each line, or even each chapter? In fact, how can you even know the 4 Gospels were not copied from one another?
Have you forgotten to reply to my last few comments?
Trinity? The word trinity does not appear once in the Bible. It’s called the “Nicene creed”. The reason you’re trying to reconcile the multitheistic verses with your monotheistic god, is because you’re ignorant of the fact your scripture was plagiarized from pagan sources.
The ten commandments clearly says “thou shalt have no gods before me”…”for I am a jealous god” which admits there were other religions, other gods and other cults. It’s clear to a thinking person, that if this was God talking, he’s admitted he’s not alone, and he’s a jealous one so in need of attention.
You either believe there’s one god, or there’s more Gods. Trinity doesn’t mean multiple Gods. Trinity, at best elevates Jesus the Savior and the Holy Ghost to Godhood. This neither means God is three, nor says there’s 3 Gods.
I would recommend you “The Antichrist” by F. Nietzsche, but I guess you’re just too blind in your faith to consider criticism of scripture. So keep telling yourself that just because you’re smarter than idiots who believe in evolution you’re somewhat better of a scientist or critical thinker.
I can’t say I expect you to read every book I’ve read, but perhaps I should ask you, what books have you read that’s disfavorable or critical to Christian doctrine? Certainly if you’re willing to examine other people’s faith, I would hope you do the same to your own.
I can say I haven’t read all of the ID, pro-Creation and evolution critical books, but I do keep an open mind and am willing to hear other sides of the story.
